This notice says exactly what licenser.shop and the Chart Risk Manager licence server keep about you, why, and for how long. We collect the minimum needed to sell, activate and support the licence. We do not sell data and use no advertising or analytics trackers.

What we keep

What we never collect

Your trading account number, password or investor password, your balance or equity, your open positions while they are open, your name unless you write it, and any card or bank data (payments are USDT only).

Cookies (first-party only)

crm_profile — keeps you signed in to your profile for 2 hours
crm_ref — remembers an invite code from a referral link for 30 days
crm_utm — remembers which video or post you came from for 90 days, so your order counts for it
cloudflare — Cloudflare (our CDN and protection) may set security cookies to block bots

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare carries the site's traffic and protects it from attacks (it sees your IP address while you browse). Our server is a rented VPS in Europe. E-mails go from our own server, signed with DKIM. No other company receives your data.

Orders, payments and the security log are kept as accounting and fraud-prevention records; we cannot delete them on request.

Security

Keys, sign-in tokens and recovery links are stored only as one-way fingerprints. The admin panel is reachable only through an SSH tunnel with a password and a one-time code. Every change to a licence is written to a log that cannot be edited.

Abuse

Key sharing, payment fraud, fake reviews or invites, and attempts to break into accounts are blocked and logged; the licence involved can be revoked. A lost key is replaced only through the e-mail saved on the paid order.
